Our services
The Site
You can browse the Site without an account and free of charge.
Free Professional Websites course and newsletter
- To get the course, enter your email address in the form on the Site, then click the confirmation link we send to that address.
- Once you confirm, we email you the course link. At that point the contract to supply the course is performed. The course is yours with no time limit.
- Signing up also subscribes you to the newsletter: news about new Odpal courses and materials. The newsletter contract is free and for an indefinite period.
- We send emails through MailerLite. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Full access
- Full access includes the Professional Websites course, any courses we release during your year of access, monthly live Q&A sessions, their recordings and help on Discord.
- Full access lasts one year from purchase. You can renew it by placing a new order.
- The price is 1297 zł a year (€299 on the English site). The price shown on the Site when you order applies.
- To order, email contact@odpal.si. We reply with an order summary and payment details.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The confirmation, with the contract details and these terms, is sent to your email address.
- We issue a VAT invoice to a business or a private person.
Technical requirements
To use the Site and the courses you need:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled,
- an active email account.
To do the course exercises you also need a computer with macOS or Windows and a Claude Pro account, paid separately to Anthropic. We are not a party to that contract. For the sessions and help included in Full access you need a Discord account.
Rules of use
- You must not send unlawful content through the Site or to us.
- Odpal courses and other materials are protected by copyright. You can use them for yourself, including in your own projects and work. You must not resell them or share them publicly in whole or in large parts, for example by publishing a course or passing on its link.
- You can copy the prompts from the courses and use them in your own projects.
Online risks
Using services over the internet comes with the usual risks, such as malware, phishing or interception of data. Keep your browser and antivirus software up to date and do not click links in suspicious messages. Our emails come from the odpal.si domain.
How to unsubscribe
You can leave the newsletter at any time with the "Unsubscribe" link in every email or by writing to contact@odpal.si. Unsubscribing ends the newsletter contract, at no cost and with no notice period. You keep the Professional Websites course.
We can stop sending the newsletter by telling you by email at least 14 days in advance.
Withdrawal and refunds for Full access
Our 14-day guarantee
You have 14 days from the contract date to get a refund for Full access. Email contact@odpal.si and say you want to cancel. No explanation needed. The guarantee applies even if you have already started using the courses.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a Consumer or a Sole trader with consumer rights, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason (Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
For digital content this right only lapses if we start supplying it with your express prior consent, after telling you that you will lose the right of withdrawal, and you acknowledge this. We must also confirm it on a durable medium, for example by email (Article 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act). Without that consent the right of withdrawal lasts the full 14 days. Our guarantee above applies either way.
To withdraw, a clear statement sent by email to contact@odpal.si is enough. You can use the model withdrawal form from Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act, but you do not have to. Sending the statement before the deadline is enough to meet it.
Refund
We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method used for the purchase unless you agree to another. The refund costs you nothing. After the refund, access to the paid materials ends.
Complaints
- If something does not work as it should, email contact@odpal.si. Describe the problem and give the email address you use with Odpal so we can sort it out faster.
- We reply to complaints by email within 14 days of receiving them.
- If Full access does not conform to the contract, as a Consumer or a Sole trader with consumer rights you have the rights set out in Chapter 5b of the Consumer Rights Act: you can ask us to bring it into conformity and, in the cases set out in the Act, ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a Consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
- Disputes are settled by the competent common courts under general rules.
- As a Consumer you can use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example help from a local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or a permanent consumer arbitration court at a regional Trade Inspection office. More information (in Polish) is at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
Changes to these terms
- We can change these terms for good reasons, such as changes in the law, in our services or in payment methods.
- We will tell newsletter subscribers and Full access customers about a change by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and publish the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
- Changes do not apply to Full access bought before they take effect, unless they are better for you.
- If you do not accept a change, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter before it takes effect.
